The 2 last regional manufacturing surveys to be seen should clinch another below 50 print tomorrow from ISM
The July manufacturing PMI's from the Chicago and Dallas regions were pretty weak. The Chicago PMI was 42.8, only a slight pick up from the 41.5 seen in June but remaining well below 50. That last time it was above 50 was in August 2022. I don't have the press release so can't give anymore details.
