Quick review of the data dump on housing, confidence and manufacturing
Home prices in April were little changed y/o/y, down .2%. That microscopic downtick is the first since 2012. Looking m/o/m though and prices jumped 1.3% and higher for a 3rd month.
Regionally, home prices in Seattle and San Francisco saw double digit declines. Miami and Chicago led the gains.
