One more quick thing on new home sales

One more thing on the new home sales data point that was pretty interesting. Of the 763k print for May, 195k had not yet been started. That is almost a doubling from the 109k seen in April, 107k in March and 98k in February. So, the backlog looks good and hopefully there is enough labor and materials get this completed.
