7 yr auction the best of the bunch

After the soft few auctions seen last week and this, the 7 yr note auction was the best of the bunch but still uneventful. The yield of 4.327% was a hair below the when issued yield of 4.329%. The bid to cover of 2.58 was just above the 12 month average of 2.53. The fly was that dealers were left with 15.6% of the auction, just above the one yr average of 13.6%.
